Package shipping
up to 30 kg per package. Delivery is carried out by parcel service, regardless of the value of the goods.

Cargo shipment

Cargo shipment XL

For items with different shipping methods in the shopping cart, the shipping costs of the highest shipping method will be calculated only once.
DHL or HERMES
(for smaller quantities or packages)
Deliveries by Hermes or DHL are made from Monday to Saturday, delivery time 1-3 working days (Germany), 3-6 working days (EUROPA I, II and EUROPA customs) and will not be announced by telephone before delivery.
Please do not accept recognizably damaged parcels from the parcel service or note the damage on the delivery document.
Forwarding
(for larger quantities or items that cannot be shipped by parcel service)
- Deliveries are made to the curbside. With the option “delivery date” we offer you the possibility to arrange a specific day for the delivery of your goods for an additional charge of 30€. So the shipping company is oriented towards you and not the other way around. Therefore, let us always know your phone number. You have to take care of the transport from the curbside to the house or apartment.
- Forwarding shipments have a term of 3-6 working days as soon as they have been handed over by us to the forwarding agent.
- Express shipments and shipments on a fixed date may be possible and then only by prior telephone arrangement at an additional cost.
Please note: We can only accept transport damage if the damage has been confirmed by the driver on the delivery note.
The delivery time stated on the product page applies to Germany. For deliveries to the European Union, an additional 1-2 weeks apply. For all items which are not in our stock, the delivery time may be significantly extended if production and delivery delays occur at the manufacturer which were not foreseen in advance. This applies to all items that are not explicitly marked with “in stock” on the product page. Please always ask us for the current exact delivery time for these products before ordering.
Shipping costs Germany Islands
For deliveries to islands, we charge a Island surcharge of 100€.
Pick up in store
- You are welcome to pick up purchased items at our warehouse in Celle. Please make an appointment for this.
Storage opening hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm - If you have chosen “cash for self-collection” as the payment method, you pay the invoice amount in our offices in AMBE PARKETT GmbH, Celle 29221, Brauhausstraße 4
