Apply HardwaxOil thinly and evenly with the LOBA oil roller microfiber 60 – 80 or LOBA oil brush (approx. 40 – 60 ml/m² | 20 m²/l).
•Drying at least 8 hours, maximum 24 hours.
• Perform intermediate sanding with LOBASAND sanding fleece and LOBASAND Velcro strips underneath and remove dust.

• In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, an additional rolling application may be necessary after intermediate sanding with LOBASAND abrasive fleece and LOBASAND Velcro strips underneath to achieve homogeneous filling.

Cleaning tools: Clean tools that have been used with solvents such as brush cleaner.

Drying time: The specified drying times apply at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 50%, as well as careful ventilation of the work rooms, free of drafts. Lower temperatures, higher relative humidity and inadequate ventilation can lead to delays in drying. Do not wet clean the surface or place carpets on it until final hardness is achieved. Use LOBA Cover 400 to cover the surface before final hardness is achieved. Further product-specific information can be found in the respective technical information.

Edge gluing: Parquet flooring, floorboards, wooden paving, upright slat parquet flooring and parquet flooring on underfloor heating, as well as types of wood with a short moisture change time (e.g. beech) react strongly to fluctuations in the room climate (humidity, temperature). When using oils, peeling cannot occur.

Interactions: Materials with plasticizers such as carpet underlays, furniture feet, chair castors, elastic parquet and assembly adhesives can lead to softening and discoloration. Deposits in joints can cause haptic and visual impairments. Exposure to hair dye, car tires, motorcycles, bicycles and the like can lead to permanent, irreversible discoloration of the surface.

Safety instructions: When processing and drying products with a high solvent content, flammable solvent vapors are created. Therefore, fire, open flames, welding, smoking, etc. are prohibited in the danger area Ensure that work and storage rooms are well ventilated. Switch off electrical devices in the work and adjoining rooms in good time so that they have cooled down when work begins Avoid any form of sparks, including on electrical systems. Keep material containers tightly closed. Remove components, plants or animals that are sensitive to solvents from the area where solvent vapors occur.
